Our Quality System

All of the necessary tests for adblue are carried out by our engineer team in accordance with the ISO 22241 standard within our company.
All of our manufactured products can be traced from raw material to final product with our traceability system. Our records and witness samples are kept. All products are given a LOT number for tracking, the codes are written on the packages with inkjets and processed on the relevant forms.
In addition, at regular intervals, samples are sent to accredited laboratories and verification is ensured by performing parallel tests.

Our Adblue production is done on a batch basis. Produced products are taken separately into large-capacity, specially insulated warehouses. All necessary tests for the 1st batch are made and the product is locked and kept here until the results are obtained. After the appropriate results of the tests are guaranteed, the 2nd party product is produced and kept in the same way.

This system is applied continuously and the risky product can never be shipped.
